Ingredients
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- 1 ripe banana, frozen
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- Toppings: fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, granola
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the baby spinach, kale, frozen banana, avocado, almond milk, chia seeds, flaxseeds, and honey or maple syrup.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
- Divide the smoothie mixture between two bowls.
- Top each bowl with your choice of fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, and granola.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
