Golden Roasted Turmeric Cauliflower
Recipe Information
Golden Roasted Turmeric Cauliflower is a simple yet flavorful dish that has become a favorite in our household. The vibrant yellow color from the turmeric not only makes it visually appealing but also adds a subtle earthy flavor to the cauliflower. This recipe was inspired by my love for Indian cuisine and my desire to incorporate more anti-inflammatory ingredients into my meals.
I first tried this dish at a friend's dinner party, and I was immediately hooked. The combination of spices and the tender, slightly caramelized cauliflower made it an unforgettable experience. Since then, I've been making this dish regularly, experimenting with different spice blends and serving it as a side dish or even as a main course over rice or quinoa.
The best part about this recipe is its versatility. You can easily adjust the spices to your taste, add other vegetables, or even toss in some chickpeas for added protein. It's a great way to get creative in the kitchen while enjoying the numerous health benefits of turmeric.
