- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1. Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- 2. Spread butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and garlic powder.
- 4. Place two slices of bread, buttered-side down, on the preheated skillet.
- 5. Divide the cheese mixture evenly between the two slices of bread in the skillet.
- 6. Top each sandwich with the remaining slices of bread, buttered-side up.
